Terms of Service<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Maximum accommodation capacity: 12 adults<\/span>
\nPossibility of 1 extra-bed on each bedroom \u2013 availability and price upon consultation<\/span><\/p>\n

The number of guests announced on the reservation cannot be exceeded.<\/span>
\nDuring the stay, external visits to the site, besides the announced guests, are not allowed.<\/span><\/p>\n

Check-in: 16h-22h. Check-out: until 12h<\/span><\/p>\n

Regime: Accommodation and breakfast<\/span><\/p>\n

Breakfast served from 8h30m until 10h30m, as self-service, and it\u2019s restricted to the available products<\/span><\/p>\n

Amenities included:<\/span><\/p>\n

-Free Wi-fio<\/span>
\n-Cable TV on each bedroom and each living-room<\/span>
\n-Air conditioning \/ heating on each bedroom<\/span>
\n-Bathroom towels<\/span>
\n-Toilet paper<\/span>
\n-Bed linen<\/span>
\n-Hair drier<\/span>
\n-Sab\u00e3o\/Gel de banho\/Shampoo<\/span>
\n-Cleaning service (periodicity to be agreed)<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Pets: Not allowed<\/span><\/p>\n

Smoking is not allowed on any interior room<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Swimming pool:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Access allowed within the schedule given by the owners.<\/span>
\n\u2013 Children are not allowed to use the pool without the parents\/responsible supervision.<\/span>
\n\u2013 Food or glass containers are not allowed in the pool area.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Noise: Excessive noise should be avoided in common areas after 11 pm (out of respect for other guests).<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Reservations: through the \u201cReservation\u201d banner on the website<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Prices: under consultation<\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Terms of payment<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Accommodation \u2013 30% on reservation, and 70% until 1 week before the check-in date.<\/span><\/p>\n

Events \u2013 50% on reservation (which is not refundable) | 50% 30 days before the event date.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Cancellation policy:<\/span><\/p>\n

\n\u2013 Until 30 days before check-in date \u2013 No charge
\n\u2013 At less than 30 days before check-in, the advanced payment is not refundable
\n\u2013 The reservations cannot be modified at less than 30 days before check-in date
\n\u2013 All reservations made at less than 30 days from check-in date cannot be modified

\n\u2013 The advanced payment is not refundable

\u2013 Damage payment<\/span><\/p>\n

In case of any damages caused by negligence , we reserve de right to charge the guest for the corresponding payment<\/span><\/p>\n

For events, a 500\u20ac deposit is required at check-in, which is returned at check-out in case of no recorded damages.<\/span><\/p>\n

The site shall be delivered by the client in the same conditions as on check-in.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Noise and schedule<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 Events: shall cease on the time determined by the owners
